What a way to spend the late afternoon in Barbados. A few lazy drinks waiting for the sun to go down on the West Coast. Snowy's is a great find, nestled on the edge of Folkstone public beach; great service and rum punches to rival the best. Last few days of leisure before the busy Spring/Summer season starts back in the UK, with lots of delicious new goods on their way and markets to get ready for. Moments and memories like this will see us through!!
