This prestigious award at the recent Guildford Cheese & Chilli Festival comes at the end of a five-day series of events across the South of England. In a blind customer tasting, the perfect balance of scotch bonnet heat and refreshing cucumber elevated Delish to the top spot, a great recognition for this iconic Barbados pepper sauce. 

As a reward, a bottle of the sauce was taken on a whistle-stop tour of the UK's version of the Caribbean, the Isles of Scilly, where sunny days were spent on the beaches of the westernmost island in the UK.
