    Orders for products supplied by Caribbean Store are subject to our terms and conditions.Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price changing after you have placed your order but before the item is shipped we will contact you to advise of any changes before proceeding. Or we may cancel your order and refund the full cost to you.All images on our website are for reference only. The product you receive may vary from the actual image. We endeavour to keep our images as up to date as possible but on occasions where a certain item is out of stock we may substitute it for a similar item of similar value.Whereas every effort is made to ensure the integrity and validity of the data displayed, there are occasions where errors may occur. Therefore, Caribbean Store reserve the right to make alterations without notice to any part of the website, stock holdings and prices displayed. In the event of an order already being placed for an item with an error we reserve the right to fully refund you without notice.

  • Shipping Costs & Times

    All online prices are fully inclusive of postage. We reserve the right to send orders according to the courier of our choice. All online orders are fully trackable.

  • Shipping Information

    We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. We do not dispatch on Sundays or bank holidays. If you order on a Sunday or bank holiday your order will not be processed until the next working day.We do not offer same day delivery on any of our products. During busy periods such as Christmas, orders can be delayed. We will always process orders on time, but cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods or postal strikes.

  • Out of Stock Orders

    We do our best to hold all items in stock but sometimes we run out. If we sell out of a particular item then this should be noted on the website. We will add stock alerts the moment we are made aware of any problems.

  • Abandoned Carts

    If you abort your order prior to checkout, we may send you one email with a quick link to checkout again.

  • Your Responsibilities

    We can only make a delivery to the address you request on the order. We are not able to guarantee the item will be delivered to the person named on the order. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient knows the gift is coming. This is especially the case for deliveries to; for example; large businesses, hotels, private companies etc. We will guarantee the item is delivered to the address given. Any problems with orders not arriving with the recipient must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date or we will be unable to help in sourcing the shipment.

  • Returns

    If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased for any reason then you are entitled to return the order for a refund. Please contact us first to advise of any problems.We have confidence in all of our products and set the highest standards to all of the goods which we allow onto our website. If you receive a product and you are not happy with its quality, we offer a free returns and refund service. This service does not cover items ordered in error, or other issues due to customer error but if you are not happy with the overall quality of a product we can offer a full refund.


    How it Works.


    1.   Send a message to us via our online contact form or by replying to an email we have sent.


    2.   Advise your order number and the product with which you are unhappy.


    3.   We will reply and send you a postage paid return label


    4.   Package the item back up in the box we sent it to you in and return in the post with the return label5.   Once the item is returned to us, we will issue a full refund within 7 days.

    If you would like to return an item ordered in error or for any other reason not shown above, please simply return to the address below. Please provide a note outlining your reasons for the return and send the product in the original box to:

    Caribbean Store does not compensate for any costs incurred in returning items.

  • Cancelling Orders

    Orders can be cancelled by emailing us via our contact us section. Once your order status has been changed to shipped we are unable to amend any delivery details.

  • Products Damaged on Arrival or Faulty

    We will immediately replace any damaged products provided that we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full once the item is returned to us. We will also refund your postage cost in returning the product to us if necessary.
