The Irresistible Allure
It was back in 1980 when I fell in love with The Caribbean. Stepping off the plane into tropical Barbados from a cold wet London as a young British Universities cricketer, the relationship with these wonderful islands had begun.
The turquoise waters, white sand beaches, bustling fish markets, rum punch and the warmth and friendliness of the local people left a permanent mark
and as time passed, the opportunity to give something back to this magical place was a perfect way to continue the journey. Today; our business The Caribbean Store; is providing a route to export for many small specialist food and beverage producers of the highest quality. We look for the finest ideas in bottles and jars, help prepare them for the challenging world of export, and ship by ocean freight to The UK to keep the carbon footprint as low as we can.
