What a journey!. From concept to completion, the Dream Caribbean label has arrived safely in the UK. Thanks to so many people and organisations who have made this a reality for our very special producers in Barbados. Our golden rum cake has been baked to perfection by Fosters Bakery; glazed and sealed with delicious Cockspur rum. Star has produced our stunning range of sauces, syrups, jellies and seasonings; and Caribbean Treats has added luxuriously sumptuous condiments. For getting everything over the ocean we are so grateful to Geest. Excellent service and great people; committed to sustaining trade between The Caribbean and the UK. We made it to the Thame Food Festival in Oxfordshire last weekend just in time to catch the end of Summer and meet so many lovely people who purchased our new goods and shared their Caribbean memories and dreams.
