    Large Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    Mustard
  • 1 tsp
    chopped coriander
  • 1/3 tsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 tsp
    grated onion
  • 1/2
    Red Bell pepper finely chopped
  • 2/3 tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    Chive finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp
    Mayonaise
  • 1 tsp
    Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    Dream Caribbean Hot Pepper Sauce
  • Salt
    To Taste
  • White Pepper
    To Taste
  • GARNISH
    Thin strips of bell pepper and Paprika

Method

  1. Boil the eggs in salted water over medium heat for 8 mins. Remove from the heat, drain and transfer to an ice bath or cold water. Peel eggs and set aside.
  2. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and transfer them to a medium-sized bowl.
  3. To the cooked egg yolks, add mayonnaise, mustard, grated onion, chopped coriander, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, chive and milk. Mash well with a fork.
  4. Spoon filling into each egg white. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with the thinly sliced red pepper.

Notes

Store the eggs in the fridge to marinate a bit before serving.
